Horizon Strategies is looking for two Air Domain and Integration SMEs to join a new effort to support a Partner Nation's Air to Ground Integration.  The overall goal of this activity is to improve the success rate of Partner Nation's ability to protect citizens, assets, and territories through overlapping and complementary objectives: 1) institutionalize procedures and systems to generate and maintain forces; 2) improve proficiency and readiness to conduct and sustain counter-terrorism (CT) operations and 3) build the framework for doctrine support of Air to Ground Integration (AGI) program(s) and a finalized phased training plan, which is the source document for the training and sustainment of AGI with the Partner Nation. The primary means of accomplishing these objectives shall be through institutional and technical assistance to the Partner Nation.

To support this effort, we are looking for two Air Domain SMEs knowledgeable in air to ground integration operations, joint targeting processes, close air support, and Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) operations.  Specifically, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Former F16 pilot
• Knowledgeable in air to ground integration operations, including Close Air Support operations.
• Knowledgeable in Joint Targeting processes
• Knowledgeable in Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) operations as a former certified JTAC or alternatively, experience as a Forward Air Controller (FAC)
• Experience working in a Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)

The current period of performance for this effort is May through September 2024. There will be one in-country engagement during this time frame to support the completion of these tasks, which are currently scheduled for 8 July through 16 August 2024.
